Unity Space collaborates with the Dance from England Dance 4 to invite and bring together one artist based and working in Hong Kong and one artist based and working in England.

Working with the theme of IDENTITY this residency exchange seeks to bring together artists from different backgrounds (artistic and cultural) to collaborate, exchange and create a new production under the mentorship of Vangelis Legakis.

During (HK period) 3 weeks, November-December 2019  施卓然 Kenneth Sze Cheuk-Yin (HK) and Si Rawlinson (UK) have been researching and creating the work in Hong Kong, focusing on the topic of “IDENTITY” through the medium of dance.

This presentation is a work in progress that will continue next year 2020 at Dance4’s iC4C: Nottingham, UK (May 2020 – postponed for 2021), then thereafter the final production will be brought back to HK to be presented at the 5th HK International Choreography Festival (JUNE 2020 – postponed for JUNE 2021).
