OTHER IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW
ACCOMMODATION
We are not including accommodation in this project however we are happy to help you and guide you where to book and perhaps find other artists who wish to share with you.
TRAVELLING: PASSPORT, VISA & VACCINE
Please make sure that your passport must be valid more than 6 months after your arrival to the location where the course will be held. Please double-check in advance if you need a visa to enter the country where the course will be held. The participants need to be responsible for taking care of their own visa, and the organizer will not be responsible for participants visa application.
Also, please make sure you are up-to-date on routine vaccines before your trip.
Covic-19 NOTE:
Make sure to arrive at least 1-2 days prior to the start of the project so you may have done the test-results at airport upon arrival. We will be taking all precautions to keep our studio-space clean and protect you for avoiding any possible infections.
In the scenario of cancellation we will postpone the dates or offer refund. We will be in touch for detailed information if and when this situation occurs.
